Need size
Stick to compound exercises in the gym, work each muscle twice a week and eat a 500-700 kcal excess every day. Try to eat a 40/40/20 (protein/carbs/fat - good fats!) ratio of food and try eating every 3 hours. I split my food into 5-6 smaller meals a day. Concentrate on lifting heavy and hard, eating loads and getting at least 7 hours sleep a night. Hope this helps.
