Hello! I'm 28 and fat. I can admit it. I won't be that way for long, though. I've adopted the 1200/day calorie counting. I started at 265, and have watched the weight roll off so far. Funny how your body will quickly tell you what it doesn't like when you just listen. Goal: 185. And to pose on a car at my boyfriend's car show...without looking like the Michelin Man.
