How to curb late night eating?
Try having some oatmeal, with berries and cream, earlier in the evening.

This place seems like a slouch gym now?
It seemed like a different kind of community when I first signed up,it was the the planet fitness of tracking sites, but now the recent activity feed seems to be populated by a lot of shirtless manboys mirror pics, and talking about picking things up and putting them down. I guess it's to be expected though as popularity of the site spreads. Just cracks me up, is that your tinder profile pic too? HA HA HA.

What keeps you motivated?
I seem to be having a hard time staying motivated. I've been at this point in my diet before about three years ago and sabotaged myself out of it, gained all my weight back and felt like crap for the next couple years. My friends are no help either, I am on my own with this. I started again back in November but have been trying to keep it casual so I don't get burned out. I guess it's hard to keep the focus when the goal seems so far away sometimes. I try to tell myself I'm doing this for me, to be healthier and all that good stuff. But in reality I'm just tired of being the fat guy.

What are you using for motivation?

Calorie counter app for android phone
I think it would really depend on what the price is for the phone. If I was to spend money on an android based device that only had the fatsecret app on it and nothing els I would probably pay $50.00 for it. Considering Android phones do so much more, I would go to $100.00. They practically give them away now on contract.
But hey I paid $150.00 to upgrade to my droidx when I got it a 18 months ago.

Calorie counter app for android phone
Is the app worth getting a new android phone?
Well if you would like the convenience of being able to add any food any time no matter where you are, have the ability to scan barcodes off packages ( the best part ) have a resource to manage and track exercise and weight. It's really a great thing to have and works seamlessly with the website.
