Limited dressings are allowed as healthy fats. They must provide enough healthy fat and not a lot of extra carbs.

Very low fat vinaigrettes very good, otherwise no.

Make your own vinigrettes with EVOO and balsamic vinegar or lemon juice. Add herbs to taste. They're wonderful and healthy.
