khamilton's top tips what you want in small portions If you get hungry through out the day, spread your calories out eat 5 meals instead of 3
2.No fast food or regular soda (diet is okay)Salads at fast food joints are high in calories Subway is okay just a six in. sub, no chips or double meat/cheese can eat out on the weekends, just dont over do it!
4.Stay in your calorie range, or you wont lose much weight firm your body & lose weight faster exercise Buy a exercise dvd, thats what i did and I've lost 3lbs in the past 1 1/2 weeks with out even dieting! It helps!
6.drink lots of water & eat low fat yogurt try wheat bread instead of white A vanilla ice cream cone is healthier for you than white bread
