smallboned's top tips

1.Replace sugar with honey or stevia. Sugar is for special occasions. Cut out salt and replace with tastier flavourings such as herbs and spices!
2.Gluten free is the way to be.
3.Packaged meals are filled with nasty additives.
4.Eat your salad!!
5.Eat your largest meals earlier in the day.
6.Only eat protein rich foods in the evening. No carbs or fruit!
