Leesevol's top tips
Do NOT eat carbs after 2pm! This includes fruit and natural starches!
Avoid the sugar at ALL costs. Yes, I mean alcohol too!!
Drink a cup of hot water with 1/2 of a lemon squeezed in every morning to stimulate digestion.
Stick to your exercise routine and increase it gradually as you feel better.
