1.Stay Strong and Avoid the Carbs.
2.Get up and Move at least 3 Days a week for 30 Min.
3.Remember - If it comes in a Box, Bag or Can it probably isn't a good Food to intake.
4.Find a Good Multi-Vitamin and Take it Once a Day or as recommended on the Package.
