Beeb's top tips

1.Eat regular meals for 5 out of 7 days
2.Eat very low calorie meals, 500 calories for women/600 calories for men 2 days a week, not consecutively. This creates a fast for 2 days, which besides it's many health benefits helps in weight loss.
3.Eats lots of low cal veggies and lean protein on the very low calorie days.
4.Eat regular meals on regular calories days but still be mindful of calories. No need to count calories on this day but just don't over eat.
5.Read Dr. Michael Mosley's Fast Diet for all the info and recipes for this diet.
