kellylrossi's top tips

1.If you need to eat 5 small meals instead of 3 large ones, that is okay.
2.Make sure you are accounting for ALL carbs eaten (especially if eating out)
3.Lean meats are better than fatty meats for the caloric intake
4.If you want to substitute a protein shake for a meal, that is fine; watch the carbs and sugars. I use Isagenix Isalean shakes, but that is because I can blend my powdered multivitamins into it. Atkins shakes are also pretty good and lower in carbs and sugars than Isalean.
