Anne Alberg's top tips

.Incorporate exercise into your daily routine - I recommend Dr Al Sears PACE Program of intensity training, visit for details on the PACE program.
.Incorporate Nutritional Cleansing to provide proper nutrition to your body at a cellular level while removing harmful impurities.
.Eat 5-6 smaller (300 calorie balanced meals of protein, fat and carbs) meals to help revitalize your metabolism.
.How much water should I drink? Drink half your body weight in ounces every day. Flush out the impurities and keep the colon hydrated.
.Keep a food journal to track what your are eating and drinking. Never skip meals.
.Take a yoga class, meditate and do things to reduce the stress in your life. Calm the cortisol hormone.
