1.
Incorporate exercise into your daily routine - I recommend Dr Al Sears PACE Program of intensity training, visit www.dralsears.com for details on the PACE program.

Eat 5-6 smaller (300 calorie balanced meals of protein, fat and carbs) meals to help revitalize your metabolism.
