2.Be prepared to follow the program for 30 days. Everytime you fall off the wagon you will need to restart.
3.This can be a tough program if you eat a lot of processed foods, sugars, etc. as this program eliminates those and allows your body to resit on whole, natural..good for you foods.
4.The first week is a tough one, but read through their articles and blogs for ideas.
5.BE PREPARED!! stock up, and prep foods well in advance and make menus having those foods handy...it will definintely help you from detouring.
