Eat whenever you are hungry.
Eat only what you want, never what you think you "should".
Eat consciously and enjoy every mouthful.
Stop when you even think your body is full. EVEN if you still have food on your plate.

EAT when your hunger scale # is 3 or 4 STOP when you reach 6 or 7.
