1.stage 1: meats and meat stocks, kefir, fermented juices and veggies, cooked veggies and tea. if feeling well go onto stage 2. may last a few days or longer. I use Internal Bliss cookbook for all stages. I plan to go through all stages in 30 days. Do read the book GAPS by Dr. Natasha Campbell-McBride. this is a very brief outline of stages. I am new to GAPS and learning from others on the internet community
2.stage 2: all of the above and add eggs, fats, ghee, coconut oil and some cheeses. If feeling well go to next stage. lasts few days or longer
3.stage 3: all of the above and add avacoado, fresh pressed juices. May last only a few days or longer. If feeling well move on.
4.stage 4: all of the above and add seed and nut breads, pancakes, peanut butter,GAPS Smoothies and milkshakes. may last a few days. if feeling well then move on.
5.stage 5: all the above and cooked fruit and raw veggies. if feeling well then move on
6.stage 6: all the above and add raw fruits. If feeling well go onto the full GAPS diet. read the book and use the Internal Bliss cookbook. lots of info on the internet on GAPS
