Runesinger's top tips
The key in this diet is to vary your foods as much as possible. Don't be afraid to try new foods. Don't eat the same things week in and week out.
If you are trying to lose weight, eat more, smaller portions, and use reduced fat or non-fat varieties, and reduce carbohydrates.
In terms of calories, breakfast should be the largest meal of the day. You might have a wake-up breakfast and a second breakfast. It's important to have a small portion immediately when you wake up.
The evening meal should have the smallest calories.
Eat what is in season for better anti-oxidant and nutrition load - fruits, vegetables...and fish!
