1.Don't starve yourself.
2.Exercise daily.
3.Drink 6-8 glasses of water each day.
4.Drink 2-3 cups of tea (especially green tea.)
5.Eat 2 servings of fruit a day.
6.Eat at least 3 servings of vegetables and 1 serving of legumes each day.
