NancyJohnson's top tips

1.Fat loss 4 idiots, Follow 11 day diet.
2.Eat 4 meals per day, I set my cell phone to remind me to eat because if I let myself get too hungry I lose it and eat everything in sight.
3.Walk 30 min BID
4.Drink 6-8 glasses of water/day
5.Don't eat until you are full, eat until satisfied. I have to work hard on this one; I eat too fast and then end up eating too much.
