I want to lose 25lbs as soon as I can -but being rational it may take at least 10 weeks or more, but i will try the 6 weeks. somehow i am going to start a more vigorous exercise schedule and juicing when i get my nutibullet!!

very sick last two days - diet was ok first day - went out the window the second day - crackers and dry stuff was all I could take - the yogurt didn't stay down. feeling good today so back to it.
