Calories And Cardio Required to burn 40lbs in no more than three months…hopefully
Hi If I cut my calories by 500 and do one hour of cardio a day is that enough to reach this goal? Or do I need two hours of cardio a day? thanks for your ideas

How Often Do you weigh yourself?
I used to weigh myself every few days, but now I don't really bother. I focus more on the bodyfat, as the scales will jump about anyway; scales should be used as a very rough guide, IMO.

At work I lift paper, reams and boxes, not majorly heavy but it is like a work out at times. Usually I swim for exercise after work, or walk if I can.
