What exercise program are you all on??
I have to decide what aerobic workout to do. I would like to be able to run over 10km (6.25 miles) in an hour, but am too overweight to do that (BMI over 30). Has anyone got suggestions??

How long do you all work out for?
It depends on the type I do. Usually 25-30 min of weights and/or HIIT. I really like a free website called fitnessblender.com. Lots and lots of different types of workouts and lengths there.
