I started Chelean Extreme this week and the burn circuit today almost left me on the floor gasping for breath. It felt amazing to work that hard again. I just wish I could be swimming like that.

No, and none. You cannot outrun (or outwalk) a bad diet. What you eat determines what you weigh, not how much you exercise.
