walking...Steps
How can I keep track of my steps in a day. I am not able to do walking in minutes but my doctor wants me to take 800 steps a day and work up to more. Anyone else have this problem?

Every 50 days...it is too easy to lose hope when you reach a plateau. Every 50 days is good and you know if you are sticking to your regime. I can tell by how I feel and how my clothes fit.

Get serious about food and exercise or forget about losing weight!
Great tips, it is true that its mostly in the diet! Muhc better to make lifestyle changes than to go on to quick weight loss diets.

Probably literally no carbohydrates, except for a few veggies (no starches) and tons tons of water will be the best way you can eat! Also will have to exercise like crazy to lose that amount of weight ...
