Too much energy
This is my 4th day on the 17 Day Diet and I'm doing great. I feel amazing but I have so much energy I can't sleep at night. Has anyone else had this problem? If so what did you do about it?

Wondering if anyone has any suggestions on either a Peanut Butter that has lower fat then most. I eat a lot of peanut butter with celery but my fat intake is high.

Yes and no when I order a sandwich I as for no bread and ask then to wrap it in lettuce. So I guess I don't understand the difference.
