How Often Do you weigh yourself?
Only really weigh myself about once a month. At my age (67) to weigh more often can be discouraging as the weight comes off so s-l-o-w-l-y.

Don't reduce fats, or at least the healthy ones. Just get rid of processed/refined carbs, they are useless to your body anyway and are extra calories you don't need.

When I get a sweet tooth I eat 2 Tbs of peanut butter...only 7 gms of carbs. It really works because the peanut butter is thick and rich and you can savor the sweetness for a long time.
