Protein without fat and carbs????
I always end up eating to much fat or carbs and the proteins lag behind. Usually Ifind out after entering my lunch food that I came up short. any suggestions?

Raw or cooked weight help!
Hi please help I m new to this. Does yield ater cooking mean the weight after it has been cooked? What weight is used when determining the calories raw or cooked?

Can you change the Rest and Sleep calorie burn?
I don't think that there's a way to do that unfortunately. I just assume that the values for calories burned are a little high for most activities and take that into consideration with the amount ...
