finally made it
I would increase gradually and see what works for you to maintain. That's a pretty heft increase. Remember this should be a lifetime change not a yoyo diet.

Working out on a low carb diet
Adding coconut oil to your diet will provide a fat content, but works as an energy source and is burned as a ketone.... =)
