No more ice cream
Drink a glass of OJ or Apple juice first. Most likely you won't want the Ice Cream. Good luck.

Since you are not overweight start doing cardio and strength training. It will tone and firm your body, not overnight it will take time.

Don't listen to people that tell you not to weigh everyday. Don't get crazy about your day to day weigh in because it will fluctuate, but go ahead and weigh everyday because you might be losing ...
