Im 5'6 , 18, 146 lbs Other than exercising I'm pretty sedimentary but I exercise 6 days a week Im told to be on 1600 calories a day But is this enough?

How Often Do you weigh yourself?
I've read that weighing yourself every day can be harmful to the brain, making you seemed stress over it, i would maybe once or twice a week.

Blood pressure continues to drop
One of the main reasons I started Low Carbing was because of High Blood Pressure & I too had the whooshy pulse sound in my left ear because of it. But since low carbing it has greatly reduced.
