I would not track your weight with th is DVD, but definitely take measurements! When I first tried this DVD I lost almost two inches in two weeks but I put on 4lbs in muscle weight..just go by clothes ...

Im 5'6 , 18, 146 lbs Other than exercising I'm pretty sedimentary but I exercise 6 days a week Im told to be on 1600 calories a day But is this enough?
That's a good idea. I am thinking last Thursday of the month. I will put it on my calendar and start talking about it the week before to remind people.
