To many calories??
Hi everyone. I just started on the site. I entered my weight, height ect ect ect and FatSecret told me I have to eat 4900 calories p/day. That sounds like too much to me...... thoughts please..

How much protein?
Can anyone please tell me how much protein I need a day. Currently I do a hour of cardio and an hour of weight training a day. At the moment I am managing to consume between 80-120g a day of protein.

Powdered Peanut Buttter
I have some - I don't use it as much as I thought that I would. It's definitely not as yummy as an "all-natural" no sugar peanut butter. Maybe if I baked more?
