I do not understand the RDI. It has me at over 3100cal per day to maintain I imagine. I want to lose weight so I have avg about 2300cal a day. How is this determined to actually lose weight. I feel good ...

What to Eat
Yes. Managed to have sardines once in the last two weeks. Not that keen on them but will manage. Haven't done the lever though.

Also, remember that that's only 5 days a week. The other two days you have only 500 calories. That's 1200 a day on average. It's being able to eat 2000 on NFDs that makes the diet work.
