Low Carb Diets - Do they work for everyone?
That seems to be a charge that's leveled pretty consistently against LCHF, "it's not sustainable". Nothing is sustainable if one doesn't stay committed.

You may be right! And, she looks absolutely great. My worry is that she wants to go down to 93 lbs. That is a sure sign that there is something wrong.

Fasting - Have you done it & what happened?
I do a daily 16/8 or very often 17/7. It has a nice regulating effect on my entire gastrointestinal system. Combined with limiting calories and drinking more water, it's working well for me.
