Just a random thought: to me 2,000 calories sure does sound like it should be enough for the average person on an average day. For me, it's great to have a calorie number or % as a benchmark. Len

Maybe... maybe not. It depends on how active you are. If you don't exercise, then 2000 calories may be too much.

Hey Cookie Jar Get Lost
