If your muscles are sore... then they will be retaining water since they are swolen. This will abate as they heal up.

Hello
I just toss with olive oil, salt and pepper. Put on a baking sheet covered with foil and cook until tender (about 10-15 minutes) It's delicious!!

Durlon, You do have a really difficult work situation to diet in. I am going to list some possible solutions, but these are not based on expert opinion, or knowledge. Just my observations of what worked ...

Can someone explain what KCal means? ... and if I workout ... where do the Net Cal come from and what is minused. Not sure I am figuring things correctly. Any insight to this would be great!
