Is organic soy milk allowed in Phase 1 of FF? It doesn't contain lactose, which ALG says milk is not allowed because it contains that sugar. Does anyone know...I am on vacation without the book.

How Often Do you weigh yourself?
Week 1 I weigh myself daily first thing in the morning. week 2 ditto. In week three I will weigh every other day. Weight loss rate slows in week three, I don't want to discourage myself.
