getting ready to start the Fat Flush Plan. Do you have to take the supplements? All? Is there something comparable at the health store or do I have to buy from the website? Thanks

Just read some things in the new book like: 1, When you drink the hot lemon water, do not add any stevia anymore. It cuts down on the acidity of the lemon, which is what help burn cellulite.
