How Often Do you weigh yourself?
I weigh ,myself every day, but I am new at weight loss and the novelty is still with me. I feel that if I weigh myself weekly I will not be too disappointed with variations.

If I count carbs, do I look at the carbs or net carbs? What is the difference?
