Not sure if you can delete it, but you can edit it... if you go to your weight history, there is a section on the middle right that allows you to edit previous data.

How Often Do you weigh yourself?
I weigh ,myself every day, but I am new at weight loss and the novelty is still with me. I feel that if I weigh myself weekly I will not be too disappointed with variations.

Those nacho cheese ball things are horrible! My mother in law likes them and gave me a pack and I could barely choke down the whole thing!
