got breakfast figured out
i'm going to eat only plain 9 inch crepes in the mornings, one on one day two the next day, then one then two ect....maybe a little variety on weekends, i can make 10 really fast and easy and freeze ...

How to curb late night eating?
Are you drinking enough water. Sometimes we have an urge to eat because we mistake thirst for hunger. I brush my teeth after supper and only drink water after that. Good luck. Hope this helps. 😃

Should you weigh yourself with or without clothes?
I weigh every morning after I come out of the shower, before I get dressed to go to work. As said before, consistency is key.
