got breakfast figured out
i'm going to eat only plain 9 inch crepes in the mornings, one on one day two the next day, then one then two ect....maybe a little variety on weekends, i can make 10 really fast and easy and freeze ...

Fasting - Have you done it & what happened?
I do a daily 16/8 or very often 17/7. It has a nice regulating effect on my entire gastrointestinal system. Combined with limiting calories and drinking more water, it's working well for me.

Over complicating things but I can't rest till I know......
My advice. Always over estimate. Don't worry about reducing the calorie count of food you don't eat - just keep it in the count. There's nothing to be gained by saying you ate less food.
