I do intermittent fasting on the weekend. I have black coffee or water until I am ready to eat. I go from 6pm on Friday nite to about 4 on Saturday and Sunday. It works for me.

Do you eat all your calories?
nope. I watch my macros. 25 carbs, 100 protein and average about 100 grams of fat a day. If I am hungry I up the fat to the max for me which is 175.

i just use the phone app of fatsecret and scan in barcodes as l eat food, or maybe jot down on paper what you have eaten during the day and add it in later when you get a quiet time.
