Inches Lost
So PROUD of ME! Fitness instructor measured some of the class that was due for an Update(every 4 weeks)and I have shed 4 1/2 inches from 3/18-4/17. Hip Hop Tone & Sculpt at the YMCA in Abilene, Tx.

Do you have to do induction to lose?
Do I need to do the induction to lose weight? I know it won't be rapid, but if I don't eat any starchy veggies rice pasta etc. and enjoy veggies proteins etc. can I still lose?
