How do you log your steps per day? Over goal or all for exercise?
I have a vivofit 2 and my goal is 10,000 steps per day. Do I log it all or only what I go over my goal? Tonight I went for a 1.9 mile walk with my son and dog and it put me over total steps for the day ...
