Am really following Atkins very closely. I seem to have more energy but did not loose any "inches" and very little weight. Am I not eating enough? Maybe I am expecting too much?

Sunday is Fasting day
I always fast 2 - 3 times every week, and not Sunday. As Sunday is my quietest day and it would be too difficult. I prefer 'fast' days to be my busiest
