Changing diet types to follow
I started this journey as a blood type diet however I have been using the Atkins diet since May 8th. how do I change this in my profile?:roll:

Hey did you know that you can minus your grams of fiber from your carb intake for net daily carbs eaten? At least this is how I understand it. Please..please please correct me if I am wrong :?

Lovely feeling, sometimes inch loss is much better than what the scales say, as they are so many variables that affect weight :)

Vegetarian
Make your own veggie burgers. They aren't hard. You can freeze them with wax paper between and pop them apart. Much less $$$ and you can control what goes into them.
