Why is my ticker not updated on my posts?
I've updated my weight where I should as I've lost it (or at least I thought I did) but my ticker is still the same as was on day one.... :? :? :? Can anyone help ??

This is a good starting point, but you really need an exercise plan to maximize the results. Even if it is just walking. Get moving!
