No soda challenge
Having a good week... Haven't had any sodas!! But I do like my ice tea. Taking baby steps to a healthy life style. Need support;) It is hard. I really want to drop some weight by summer;)

This is a good starting point, but you really need an exercise plan to maximize the results. Even if it is just walking. Get moving!
