Hallooo I'm trying to find tasty and easy lunches for work. (Preferably not needing to be warmed - no microwave at work) Any ideas? (Trying to stay away from white bread though) Thanks!:d

This is a good starting point, but you really need an exercise plan to maximize the results. Even if it is just walking. Get moving!
