Weird what you crave
gotta start somewhere. I think the exercise becomes a lot more appealing after the weight starts leaving. My yoga classes are a lot less stressful with less belly in the way!

This is a good starting point, but you really need an exercise plan to maximize the results. Even if it is just walking. Get moving!
