Whenever I submit a post my ticker does not reflect the 10 pounds i've lost. Does anyone know how to fix it?

cook book
The only way I can access it on my phone is by clicking a meal to log food, and then scrolling over on the top to "Cook Book". Then you can click your recipe and see the details of that recipe.
