How do you keep your info from showing up if your user name is googled!? I really don't care for the world to know my weight,esp. since this is my chat handle! TIA Kellie:!: :(

I don't know about anybody else but when i jump on the scales i can put on up to 5 kilos overnight!!! is this normal??? I'm not eating any differently, so it's a bit confusing..:?

This is a good starting point, but you really need an exercise plan to maximize the results. Even if it is just walking. Get moving!
