I burned my asparagus, Darn made it with olive all lemon, and Balsamic vinegar it tasted good just over done. If someone has a good roasting recipe for this can you please share. TY

This is a good starting point, but you really need an exercise plan to maximize the results. Even if it is just walking. Get moving!
