Well I've got over the joyous occasion of getting to my goal weight, and as I have mentioned before I still have (the podge) round the belly.

I haven't really been keeping logs on fat secret since I got to my goal.

I am not losing any more weight despite doing what I've always been doing. So my next goal is to lose another 7 LBS or half a stone so. for any of you that may have reached this I'm sure you will understand my frustration. don't worry help is at hand.. I found two sites that explains why this has happened and explained it in a way I could understand.
so have a look and hopefully it will help you as well.

As I love eating what I'm eating and the amount of what I'm eating I intend to up the exercise regime to see what happens.

If you are already there, but want to nudge off a little more, then I would definitely suggest that you record your calorie intake.

Many times we tend to start sliding a little bit on portion sizes, etc., when we just "wing it", even if we believe that we are cautious.

This is where I'd start if I were you.

The other option is that you simply aren't eating enough. I developed a little solution to that. Check it out via my biopage. Maybe this will help?
