If you are already there, but want to nudge off a little more, then I would definitely suggest that you record your calorie intake.
Many times we tend to start sliding a little bit on portion sizes, etc., when we just "wing it", even if we believe that we are cautious.
This is where I'd start if I were you.
The other option is that you simply aren't eating enough. I developed a little solution to that. Check it out via my biopage. Maybe this will help?
